Loki took a bullet to the face, and didn’t even flinch in Avengers. There’s no way her punch would have actually turned his head if a bullet didn’t.

Which means Loki saw the hit coming, and turned his head purposely with it so that she wouldn’t break her hand on his damn perfect face.
